Issuustack is not Issuu.

Issuustack is an independent product made by FabMags LLC. We are not Issuu, Inc., we do not claim or pretend to be Issuu, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Issuu in any way. This policy covers Issuustack only. Issuu does not receive data from us, and what Issuu does with your data is covered by Issuu's own privacy policy.

The short version
  • Your PDF files go straight from Issuu to your own computer. They never reach our servers.
  • We keep your account and a record of your library, so you can see what you hold on any computer.
  • We never see your Issuu password or your card number.
  • We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you on this website.

Who we are

Issuustack is made and run by FabMags LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company based in Texas, United States. We make the Issuustack Chrome extension and run this website, issuustack.com, and we are responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email support@issuustack.com.

Our terms of service cover plans, payments and refunds. What is the same across every FabMags LLC product, including payments, is in the FabMags LLC Privacy Policy.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, only to run the service:

We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the security of the service and its users.

Where your data is stored

Your account and library record are stored on servers in South Africa. Stripe and Resend may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Data kept only in your browser is removed when you uninstall the extension. Files you backed up stay on your computer until you delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under US state privacy laws, South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), which applies because our servers are in South Africa, and the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

Email support@issuustack.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In South Africa that is the Information Regulator.

FabMags LLC, 1521 Primrose Place, Haslet, TX 76052, United States.

Security

All traffic to our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, password reset codes expire, and cover images are only ever served to the account they belong to.

Children

Issuustack is a tool for publishers and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will email you before it takes effect.
